Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between Aiuke and each person who uses our apps, website or related services.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Aiuke, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and take responsibility for activity through your account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or used unlawfully.
User content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Aiuke the limited rights needed to host, process, display and transmit it. You must own or have permission to upload source scores, recordings and other material.
Acceptable use
Do not infringe rights, publish unlawful or harmful content, distribute malware, interfere with security, scrape protected content, impersonate others or manipulate engagement.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated scores and arrangements may contain errors. Review outputs before relying on or distributing them. You remain responsible for the material submitted and the way outputs are used.
Aiuke intellectual property
Aiuke owns or licenses the service, software, interface, branding and original content. You may not copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without authorization.
Availability
We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free availability.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aiuke is provided as is and as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or statutory consumer rights.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
